Abroad Films Services Waterdrop's "House of Hydration" Spot in Croatia

The brand

Waterdrop is the Austrian microdrink company that built a category around flavouring water rather than bottling it. Sugar-free cubes, natural fruit and plant extracts, added vitamins. The "House of Hydration" campaign carries that idea across markets, and this film sits inside it — playful, product-forward, and built to travel.

What we did

Abroad Films worked alongside Nermabel Productions on the Croatia service side, with Nerma Mehadžić producing locally and Damjan Radovanović on camera. From there the film moved into post at ELMNTL, with grade by Maruf Khan at Fawn and sound by Guy Chase at Chase Audio.

Service work is the part of a production that rarely shows up on screen: crew, locations, permits, logistics, the schedule holding together when the day gets long. When it's done right, the director's spot looks exactly like it should and nobody thinks about the machinery underneath. That's the job.

Croatia, on the map

Croatia is our newest territory, alongside Hungary and Bulgaria. Bringing an international campaign like Waterdrop's here — with a UK director and production company, an Austrian brand, and a post chain spanning several studios — is the kind of project the territory was built to take on.
